What is your return policy?

We will happily take back any unused items within 3 days of confirmed delivery. If you receive an item with a defect, we must be notified and have pictures emailed to us at support@armypink.com within 3 days of confirmed delivery for a refund to be processed. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping. Please email us for return procedure instructions. 

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the goods you no longer would like to keep and make a new purchase from our site.

How come my item doesn't look exactly like the one I saw on the website?

Due to our dying processes and variations in fabric, no two items are exactly the same. This is what makes each item unique. Slight irregularities are common and are not considered defective.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order please email us at support@armypink.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request however; we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been produced. Army Pink cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the UPS/ FEDEX tracking systems show that the package was delivered. In the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with UPS/ FEDEX to report your lost shipment.
