Last weeks discussion of social media really made me want to talk to you about this. I've made random comments about bits of this prior but haven't laid out the information in a clear way for you, to get your insight which is really important and see if you think that together, we can still implement the plan.
E,P,MM-- so I wanted to review with you and see if you think that oft this.
brand, message, characters, purpose, name, art , everything perfectand ready #1 thing major partnerships/ marketing - ideally starting around one special focused item.

The idea was to create an awareness campaign based around a cause, using the Tank Necklace as the cause/action item so when people see this tank, they know exactly what it means and what Army Pink stands for. Along the lines of the wallet Paul Frank first made, just one thing that people understood. When they see it- they knew exactly who made it.
The original idea was to create One special statement piece to build awareness, possibly along with a logo t-shirt/hoodie. Partner with a licensee, (I had planned to contact the owners), to see if they would consider something unconventional and not only create product but drive the awareness and partnerships around the launch for the brand. The goal was to present to a licensee as a potential partner, that strategically involves product / awareness together.
I separately Trademarked the Tank design in the 014 jewelry to ensure no one else could copy the design and then made 9 concept necklace designs.
The main intention is for this to be created as a higher end statement piece. The idea of creating a less expensive Tank charm that is given out with every purchase is a great idea as well, (collectible and changing colors each season).
Since these companies create products for companies fans, can you possibly pitch to them in a way that is asking them to be part of the launch that builds the fans? The first thing they will ask about is social media, so laying out a clear vision for that is so important. Partnership, awareness, marketing, products-- can we try to partner with them on all of those levels?
With BioWorld or Trevco as our partner- we could turn Armypink.com in to the #1 socially driven brand site online as well as Amazon and whatever other distribution channels they may have. .If one of the owners saw the vision of how successful the brand can be, (America's Hello Kitty, 80 Million a year), maybe they would consider working with us in a new way? Elie got the vison, so did Jen and you.. and pretty much the only people that have seen this. That makes me feel like the people we meet with going forward may very well see that vision too. This is why I wanted to talk to you about your thoughts on presenting Army Pink in this way.
Do you think it is possible to pitch Army Pink in this way?
Trevco is heavily involved with Amazon. Amazon's partnership department already told me that if Army Pink had an item that could ship 2 day Prime then they would do a brand partnership. Trevo has their own digital marketing agency, could we explore the idea of you talking them about partnering with us to launch and build the brand?
Currently we have awareness at 15Million plus engagements a month which is great, next step s building followers. Our plan from here is to launch additional social platforms strategically along with the brand . The fact we do not have those other platforms going now is by design and part of our intention going forward is to partner with a company that will get behind our awareness campaigns.
